Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return of unused, defective/damaged product ordered from Optiqueprima.com according to the policy below:

• Product must be returned subject for exchange within 7 days upon receipt of item/s.
• Product must be unused and in saleable condition.
• Product marked on Sale is not returnable.
• Product must have the original packaging and original tags attached.
• Contact lenses must be sealed.
• All shipping charges will be shouldered by the buyer.
